I have been working here for 4 months. I am a pretty new driver, so in all fairness, I don't have much to compare them... to. The office staff has been great. The dispatch team is very responsive and will not force me to do anything that I don't want to do. They always find a load for me so that I can make as much money as possible. The pay is extraordinary and always on time! They are a relatively new company that is dedicated to growth and success, not only for themselves but for their drivers.
