Yes. EFROS holds a SOC 2 Type II attestation covering security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy trust services criteria. The report is available under NDA during vendor due diligence.
What ISO standards does EFROS operate against?
EFROS holds ISO 27001 certification for information security management. We also operate aligned controls against ISO 27017 (cloud security), ISO 27018 (PII in cloud), and ISA/IEC 62443 for industrial/OT environments.
What is EFROS's Microsoft partner tier?
Microsoft Solutions Partner (Gold designation). Our engineers hold Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Admin, and Defender/Sentinel specializations. Partner status is renewed annually against Microsoft's partner requirements.
How often are certifications renewed?
ISO 27001 is audited annually by an accredited certification body. SOC 2 Type II is audited annually. Microsoft, AWS, and Cisco partner tiers are reviewed annually against each vendor's program requirements. Individual engineer certifications follow each issuing body's recertification cycle (typically 2-3 years).
