1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using EFROS services and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
EFROS provides managed IT services (MSP), managed security services (MSSP), and system integration solutions. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements between EFROS and each client.
3. Service Level Agreements
EFROS maintains a 99.9% uptime SLA for managed services. Specific SLA terms, including response times and remediation procedures, are detailed in individual client service agreements.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
- Maintain the security of account credentials and access information
- Notify EFROS promptly of any security incidents or service disruptions
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding technology use
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the EFROS website and in our service deliverables remain the property of EFROS unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain ownership of their data at all times.
6. Confidentiality
EFROS treats all client data and information as confidential. Our confidentiality obligations are reinforced by our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications, which mandate strict data handling procedures.
7. Limitation of Liability
EFROS liability is limited to the fees paid for services during the twelve months preceding any claim. EFROS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in a service agreement. Upon termination, EFROS will assist with the orderly transition of services and data.
9. Changes to Terms
EFROS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
